Commercial Analyst

ExxonMobil is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their Upstream team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering, and 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a similar analytical role. The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for building full-cycle foundational analysis for transactions, including financial analysis and presentations. They will also work closely with team leadership to deliver requisite materials and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Engineering
• 1-2 years experience in investment banking or similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and highly proficient in Excel-based financial modeling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sense of ownership of work product and ability to handle several projects simultaneously
