Job Description
We are seeking a GenAI Data Scientist to work on complex AI use cases from ideation and deployment in our Upstream, Product Solutions, and Low Carbon Solutions businesses. The role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts, business teams, and data and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions, primarily focused on Generative AI applications for commercial, trading, and supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions
- Deep expertise in natural language processing, large language models, and building agentic workflows for Generative AI
- Solid understanding of knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic technologies
- Proficient in Python and widely used ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Experience in the energy industry, with a focus on commercial, supply chain, oil & gas trading or similar business
