Requirements

• Possess an understanding of complex accounting and audit concepts and apply them to client situations.
• Adapt the audit methodology to the client's changing environment;
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client employees and evaluate their satisfaction;
• Supervise daily field work, inform supervisors about work situation and manage team performance;
• Develop people, through the effective delegation of tasks and provision of training and feedback to the team.
