Job Description
We are looking for a Business System Analyst to lead or support business and system analysis across front, middle, and back-office processes. The successful candidate will have experience in software implementation projects in Agile methodology and analytical and documentation skills.
Requirements
- Experience in software implementation projects in Agile methodology
- Analytical and documentation skills, including UML, BPMN, and writing functional/technical specs
- Understanding of integration architecture (APIs, messaging, file-based)
- Fluency in English
- Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
- Willingness to travel and/or work in hybrid mode from Warsaw office
- Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms
- Basic programming knowledge to understand technical concepts (e.g. Java Script, Python)
- AI knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with insurance business processes in at least one of the following areas: sales path, claims handling, or billing
