Job Description
EY-Parthenon's Deals - Financial Diligence - Buy Side practice is seeking a Senior Associate to work on complex deals, analyzing financial data, and identifying key trends. The role involves working with clients throughout the diligence lifecycle, understanding their business profit drivers, and assisting with purchase agreements and post-closing transaction matters.
Requirements
- Ability to handle financial due diligence engagements.
- Experience analyzing financial and operational results of businesses to be acquired or sold.
- Ability to identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring.
- Up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to process, manipulate, and concisely present large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of Alteryx and Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
- Public accounting experience.
- Transaction experience is a plus.
