EY-Parthenon Manager Strategy Commercial Due Diligence & Value Creation (Financial Services) (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Manager to join our Strategy and Transactions team in Frankfurt/Main or Munich. You will advise clients on strategic issues around commercial due diligence and private equity in the financial services sector.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting with a focus on transactions and value enhancement
• Above-average university degree in business administration or economics-related courses
• Good communication and negotiation skills in German and English (each at least C1 level)
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint as well as relevant AI tools
