As a Senior Associate in EY-Parthenon's Economics Advisory team, you will provide robust and high-quality analysis to support the successful delivery of projects that tackle the most prominent development, policy, and business concerns. You will lead specific project workstreams, develop economic and consulting toolkits, conduct research, and stay abreast of latest economic research and methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree in economics (minimum 2:1) from a reputable university with a strong academic track record
- 3-6 years of working experience, preferably in consulting, government, public policy or quantitative fields
- Possesses independence and strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong numerical, writing, and communication skills
- Experience in econometric techniques, economic modelling and comfortable with using statistical analysis tools
- Strong ability to draw out relevant insights from the analysis and present them through compelling narratives
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in economic topics including but not limited to macro developments, labour markets, government policies, and international development
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for projects and client deliverables
- Intellectual curiosity, driven, and exhibit willingness to learn and work collaboratively
