EY-Parthenon is a leading global strategy consultancy that helps clients develop actionable and impactful ways to manage complex shifting challenges and transform their organizations. As a Senior Consultant – Commercial Due Diligence, you will help investors and corporate clients assess the true commercial potential of businesses by analyzing markets, customers, and competitive landscapes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a strategy consulting firm, private equity, and/or in a corporate strategy department or strategic role
- Master's degree in civil/business engineering, economics, or similar
- Prior experience with commercial due diligence processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with executing complex business projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch, French, or English
