Indirect Tax Pre-Sales Engineer to contribute to the success of EY's SaaS Centre of Excellence, driving revenue and market success through operational management and sales enablement. Responsible for building product knowledge, customer domain knowledge, and industry knowledge, and providing valuable recommendations to drive product attachment and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Work across New and Existing Business Sales to assist member firms, engagement teams, and sales reps in driving revenue for a defined set of products
- Be the subject matter expert for the products of responsibility
- Help sales executives and engagement teams understand their customers' business environment and provide valuable actionable recommendations
- Provide deal support post discovery and qualification
- Maintain CRM activities to ensure visibility of customer engagements
- Represent the 'Voice of the Customer' surfacing key product and business insights
- Work in collaboration with the product teams to ensure market requirements and client feedback are taken into account into the roadmap
