We are looking for a Senior Compensation &Benefits Consultant with experience in high-tech and global companies, excellent communication skills, and strong Excel skills. As a senior compensation and benefits consultant, you will lead complex projects, interact with senior executives, and work with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Compensation & benefits experience (5+ years)
• High-Tech / Global companies experience – Must
• Excellent communication skills, fully capable of writing and verbally expressing in Hebrew and English
• Ability to work flexibly, including in unusual hours
• Mobility/driving license
