Job Description
We're seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect who's an encouraging team player, passionate about the ServiceNow platform, and has a knack for producing excellent customer experiences and designing highly supportable solutions.
Requirements
- Define scope and provide technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work
- Understand client requirements and translate to these into workable system solutions, create architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps
- Create and maintain Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements
- Demonstrate product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements
- Work with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects and delivery managers to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients
