As a Business Analyst within EY’s Digital Engineering team, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with clients, product owners, and software engineering teams to gather requirements, define solution features, and ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for software engineering initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering leads and product owners to define solution scope, features, and prioritization in alignment with project goals
- Support agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support design decisions and technology adoption
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user feedback sessions to refine solution requirements and improve user experience
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of goals and constraints
- Support QA and UAT efforts by reviewing test cases and validating that deliverables meet business expectations
- Assist in preparing documentation such as functional specifications, data mapping, and user guides
