Vice President, Finance

The Vice President of Finance will lead the organization's financial strategy, providing strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the finance function. This role requires a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on execution to support a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
• Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
• Strong background in financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and operational finance.
