Senior Engineering Manager - Growth

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace that connects independent retailers with products from around the world. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Growth to lead our Retailer Growth business unit and deliver growth features to our customers.

Requirements

• Directly manage a large cross functional team of engineers developing our growth product solutions
• Lead scoping and sprint planning within your teams
• Understand, triage and assign defects to be solved along with feature work
• Identify and scope infrastructure or tooling changes to impact efficiency and/or quality
• Dive into the architecture, designs and code in order to lead your team effectively
• Lead contributor and owner of process and team structure decisions
• Directly impact our ability to grow quickly while improving operational efficiencies
