Senior Platform Analytics Engineer

Faire is a technology wholesale platform that connects independent retailers with products from around the world. The company is looking for a Senior Platform Analytics Engineer to join its Analytics Platform team, which builds capabilities to accelerate data-driven analytics and improve productivity and accuracy at Faire.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience building and evolving platform / foundational datasets
• Analytics engineering experience with a focus on data modeling, large-scale data processing, and tool development for analytics or data science use cases
• Experience with Airflow, dbt or similar analytics workflow tools
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETLs, big data technologies, and analytics platforms
• Data warehousing experience at Petabyte scale
• Strong communication skills
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent industry experience
