Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Fairlawn Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Gresham, Oregon facility. Shifts are offered on weekends and evenings. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing basic nursing assistance, and supporting person-centered care.

Requirements

• Answer nurse call system to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Assist residents with range of motion exercises and movement.
• Assist residents with ambulation and recording vital signs.
• Document ADLs, resident personal cares, and device use.
• Document restorative services.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.
