Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) FT or PRN
Graduate from an accredited OT assistant program. Current COTA license and CPR certification required. 6 months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
Registered Nurse/LPN - Day Shift (PRN/Part Time) Night Shift (Full Time)
RN/LPN license required. CPR certification is necessary. BSN preferred but not required
Occupational Therapist
Graduation from an accredited OT program & OR license are essential. CPR certification and a 6-month experience in a long-term care setting are also required. Strong communication skills are vital
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid CNA certification and CPR certificate preferred. 18+ years old
