Job Description
Fairlawn Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is seeking a full-time or PRN Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapeutic services to patients in their skilled nursing facility. This role involves assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and documenting progress. The focus is on patient rehabilitation and creating a supportive environment for recovery.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy school
- Current OR license as an Occupational Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Six months experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
