AI DevOps Operations Lead responsible for building and maturing the operational backbone required to scale AI systems, integrations, and automation services across the enterprise, while actively partnering with the business to identify operational opportunities, educating internal stakeholders on AI platform capabilities, and ensuring AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and production-grade.

• CI/CD implementation and AI deployment pipelines
• AI Operations: governance, monitoring, reliability, cost management, and scalability
• Infrastructure automation and cloud operations
• Observability and secure deployment practices
• AI service operationalization using Anthropic Claude and complementary platforms
• Business-facing identification of operational scaling opportunities
• Internal AI education, advocacy, and platform knowledge sharing
• Building repeatable, enterprise-grade deployment and delivery patterns
