2+ years of experience as a licensed psychologist, with a PhD or PsyD degree and state licensure

Masters or doctorate degree, completion of PMHNP program, and 1+ year of experience

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required, 2 years of relevant experience with adult, geriatric and/or child and adolescent populations required

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, 2+ years of experience, state licensure, and experience in evidence-based treatments

Graduation from an NCCPA-approved physician assistant program, 1-year clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting, and current licensure

PhD or PsyD, 2+ years of experience, behavioral interventions and critical incident management

MD or DO required, ACGME-accredited residency training program in psychiatry preferred, Current medical license in state of practice

Doctoral degree, 2+ years of experience, state licensure, experience in behavioral interventions and evidence-based treatments

PhD or PsyD required, 2 years of experience, and state licensure

2 years of experience, PhD or PsyD degree, state licensure, and experience in behavioral interventions, critical incident event management and case management
