HRIS Specialist

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for performing Human Resources-related duties within the HCM environment at FHCN. This role focuses on implementing and configuring HRIS systems, developing policies, serving as a subject matter expert, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity. The Specialist will collaborate with HR team members to ensure effective HRIS and policies are implemented.
