Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in designing and implementing solutions, including cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Guidewire Expertise: 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years specifically in Guidewire architecture across the full InsuranceSuite
• Cloud Proficiency: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with a specific focus on US bureau commercial lines
• Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Gosu, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
• Modern Delivery: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments, managing CI/CD tools
• Data & Analytics Proficiency: Knowledge of integrating Guidewire with modern AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker)
