Job Description
Project Leader at FastighetsÀgarna Service, a full-service provider of property management services, responsible for managing rental apartments, office spaces, and condominium associations, and conducting maintenance and development projects. Work closely with customers to create value and drive projects through all phases from feasibility study to implementation.
Requirements
- Relevant higher education in construction industry
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in project management, management, site management, or craftsman work
- Valid B-class driver's license
- Good knowledge of Office package
- Excellent communication skills
