Requirements
- 1+ years of quota-carrying lead generation experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders through clear written and verbal messaging.
- Business proficiency in spoken Mandarin and English required; ability to conduct professional conversations and outreach across both languages (written Mandarin a plus).
- Highly autonomous operator with a proven ability to prioritize accounts, manage pipeline activity, and execute outbound strategy independently.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced sales environments, maintaining focus and consistency while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess prospect needs, navigate objections, and advance conversations toward qualified opportunities.
