The Fay Group is a diversified real estate services company seeking a Senior Business Strategy Manager to support business units with project planning, execution, and strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or commensurate experience
• 10+ years' experience with residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, insurance, and other financial products
• 5+ years' experience with knowledge in key areas encompassed within the Financial Services division assigned (originations, insurance, etc.)
