Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

The Fay Group is a fully integrated real estate and mortgage services firm seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to coordinate and manage financial data and documentation in response to state regulatory examinations and filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or analysis, preferably in the mortgage servicing or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements and financial compliance
• Experience with MBFRF, NMLS, or similar regulatory frameworks
• Experience in Planful or similar Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Reporting software, preferred
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
