Fullstack Tech Lead (Nest.js/React Native)

Role Overview

Join FDJ UNITED as a Fullstack Tech Lead to lead technical choices, supervise a dedicated squad, and contribute to the evolution of our integrated platform in a complex financial ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Lead a squad of developers, ensure delivery of features, and maintain an optimal delivery rhythm through agile ceremonies. Define and lead backend and frontend architecture choices, implement good development practices, and collaborate with QA.

Requirements

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in fullstack development
• Experience in a Lead or Tech Lead role
• Expertise in JavaScript (TypeScript), NestJS, GraphQL, and good knowledge of React Native
• Good mastery of relational databases (Postgres, Prisma)
• Good use of GitLab CI, Jira, Confluence
• Experience with cloud environments (ideally GCP) and CI/CD tools (GitLab)
• Sensitivity to good development practices (tests, security, documentation)
• Understanding of technologies and processes related to financial systems would be an asset
