The Vactor Mfg. Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift CNC Machinist to operate CNC machining centers, make and revise CNC programs, and perform various tasks such as set-ups, inspections, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate CNC machining centers, such as mills and lathes
• Make and revise CNC programs
• Able to perform set-ups on all machines
• Capable of learning processes such as drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, boring and turning
• Inspect own work using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment and basic troubleshooting
• Run deburring equipment
• Use fixtures to produce parts
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace
• Overtime commitment when needed
