Job Description
We are currently searching for an exceptional Team Lead to join our team in Corona, CA. The Team Lead for Buff and Polish will coordinate the activities of the operators within an assigned work cell/s to ensure daily productivity goals are met.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years operations/manufacturing experience preferable in Fender
- Ability to read, understand and communicate in English & Spanish preferred
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to lead others for improved performance
- Demonstrated job knowledge - ability to perform all jobs in department
- Demonstrates company values always; leads by example
