Requirements

• Controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation
• Submission of documentation into the client EDMS in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Keeping Document Control trackers and MIDPs up to date
• Providing EDMS support for projects and departments
• Providing QA document checking
• Managing the different EDMS
• Assisting in preparing and managing documentation internally or by subcontractors
• Training project personnel in using the system and document control procedures
