Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator will support the sales team by providing exceptional service, managing direct sales communication, and performing various administrative tasks. The role requires a high degree of aptitude for administrative tasks, accurate data management, and use of applicable system applications and resources. Desired traits include a Bachelor's degree, approximately 2 years of Customer Service, Sales support or data analytics experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Approximately 2 years of Customer Service, Sales support or data analytics experience
• Experience at a manufacturing or distribution company
• Basic proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint
• Customer oriented and taking initiative is essential
• Strong communicator, Organization skills, Time Management and problem-solving skills
• Logical thinking and analytical skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software is helpful
