We are hiring a Senior Director, Demand Generation to scale our growth engine. This role is equal parts strategic builder and hands-on operator. You will create an AI-forward demand center built on experimentation, operational rigor, and measurable pipeline impact.
Requirements
- 12+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in B2B SaaS, ideally marketing to technical buyers in the enterprise (data, infra, developer platforms, security, or AI platforms)
- Demonstrated success scaling a demand organization through best practices, experimentation, and automation to deliver measurable growth
- Expertise in sales-led and product-led enterprise motions and reporting on the metrics that matter
- Strong analytical orientation - you build measurement systems, run disciplined experiments, and turn results into scalable playbooks
- Fluency in applying AI to marketing workflows (optimization, personalization, content operations, productivity), plus the judgment to deploy it responsibly
