Job Description
The Manager Regional Sales will partner with the VP Regional Sales to manage the sales team, advance the usage of necessary tools and data, and identify and recommend best practices within and across regions. The role will also assist in maintaining strong relationships with Universities and champion the structure and process within the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or relevant experience in financial services
- Experience managing, coaching, training, and developing employees, preferably in sales
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Completion of university degree or equivalent experience
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- A recognized industry designation (CFP, RFP, CIM, FMA, CFA), or progress towards completion
