Enterprise Architect

We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to play a key role in the strategic evolution of our bank, aligning business strategy, regulatory requirements, and technological innovation into a sustainable and future-proof target architecture.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in enterprise, domain, or solution architecture – ideally within the banking sector
• Strong understanding of core banking processes (e.g., lending, payments, regulatory reporting, risk management)
• Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives, core banking modernization, or cloud transformation
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., BAIT, DORA, MaRisk)
• Solid knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) – as a tool, not an end in itself
• Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong influencing skills at senior management level
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and structured way
• Courage to take a position and provide direction
• Very good German and English language skills
