Head of Marketing & Communications (m/w/d)

Fieldfisher is seeking a Head of Marketing & Communications to lead their Marketing & Communications department in Hamburg. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, handling external communications, utilizing new technologies like AI, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment within a rapidly growing law firm.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in marketing - ideally in a law firm, a consulting company, or in a B2B environment.
• Experience in the conception and implementation of integrated campaigns - online and offline - as well as in the organization of events and PR formats.
• Sound knowledge of digital marketing (SEO/SEA/GEO, Social Media, Content-Marketing, Marketing Automation) and skills in using AI-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as diplomatic skills in dealing with various stakeholders.
