Attention to detail, ability to work alone or in a team, and completion of Induction Training Day

High interpersonal skills, commitment to professional learning, GTCS registration, and PVG scheme membership

No education required, 0-2 years of experience

Caring, motivated, good values, good communication skills, ability to build working relationships, knowledge of Health and Social Care Standards, and SVQ 2 certification

Degree or equivalent, MRICS/FRICS qualification, practical knowledge of Council tax and Non-Domestic Rating legislation, ability to travel

SCQF level 8, extensive experience in roads and street lighting maintenance, and excellent communication skills
