Care Assistant

Fife Council is seeking enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join its Adult Services (Resources) team. You will provide care and support to adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and/or mental health needs, supporting them to live as independently as possible in their own homes or supported accommodation.

Requirements

• Deliver personal care, including assistance with daily living activities
• Support individuals to develop independent living skills
• Promote social inclusion and community participation
• Assist with mobility and moving & handling tasks (including wheelchairs)
• Support with household tasks, shopping, and appointments
• Contribute to care plans and maintain accurate records
• Work flexibly across services based on service user need
