Job Description
Fifth Third Bank is hiring a Personal Banker I for the North Dayton Region in Troy, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for using a consultative sales process to identify and meet the financial needs of customers, processing teller transactions, and working as a member of the platform staff.
Requirements
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities
- Understanding of advanced math functions
- Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally
- Developing a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures
