Job Description
The Financial Analyst is responsible for evaluating operations and finances, doing research to improve the business, and developing or improving strategies.
Requirements
- Preparation of accounting and other required reports and projections
- Evaluate capex and asset depreciation
- Establish and evaluate records and financial statements
- Provide financial models and forecasts
- Coordinate with other members of finance team when needed to review financial information and forecasts
- Identify financial performance trends and financial risks and provide recommendation
- Do analysis of inventory and all other accounts as needed
- Assist in the preparation of project studies/reit infusions
- Do any other tasks as required by management
