Job Description
The IT Systems Analyst (Lead) leads a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully. He/She together with the team functionally design, implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow.
Requirements
- Very good communication skills both written and oral.
- 2 to 4-year experience in software development and deployment, business analysis and process improvement.
- Minimum two (2) years of functional analysis developing in-house applications from the ground-up and implementing packages and solutions
- Minimum one (1) year experience in and related experience in any or combination of Web, Mobile, C/S development on Microsoft platforms
- Experience in change management, user training and system deployment skills.
- Preferably, with experience liaising with vendors and industry partners.
