Job Description
We are seeking a Tenant Relations Assistant to support our Property Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
- Answer phone calls and respond to tenant concerns
- Process and validate move-in/move-out requirements
- Coordinate with broker/leasing company or personnel
- Handle day-to-day transactions in the PMO
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and updating records
- Perform audit on document-compliance
