Assistant Administrative and Customer Accounting

Finance Active is a fintech company providing solutions to improve debt and financial risk management for businesses, local authorities, and banking establishments. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Sales and Collection to replace maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, client collection, and administrative tasks related to client management.

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in accounting or management assistance
• 5+ years of experience, including 2 in a sales administration service
• Good command of Office package (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of CEGID and SALESFORCE software (appreciated)
• Ability to work efficiently and dynamically
• Recognized relationship qualities and good priority management
• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized
