Requirements
- 3+ years managing an office of 50+ people, ideally in tech or a startup
- Budget & procurement experience: tracked spend, negotiated contracts, and found savings
- Proactive by nature: anticipate problems and fix them before anyone notices
- Organised and rigorous: document processes, track everything, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Hospitality mindset: genuinely care about the experience — for employees and for clients
