Job Description
Senior Support Technician role for a hybrid cloud setup, requiring deep infrastructure knowledge and excellent communication skills. The job involves solving complex problems, mentoring juniors, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Requirements
- Deep infrastructure knowledge
- Strong grasp of Windows Server, Azure AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and messaging platforms
- Experience with virtualisation and backup tech
- Excellent communication skills
- A knack for complex problem-solving and ticket triage
- Familiarity with ConnectWise, Labtech, Kaseya, or similar tools
- A genuine desire to help, not just fix
