The Associate Event Technology Manager supports the delivery and execution of event technology solutions, including registration websites, event platforms, and data management, working closely with clients and internal event delivery teams.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Proficiency with event registration platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite, or similar systems
- Experience with virtual meeting and event platforms, including Zoom, WebEx, Intrado, GlobalMeet/TalkPoint, SpotMe, Concise Chime, or comparable technologies
- Working knowledge of integrating customer relationship management tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, DealCloud) with event registration and management platforms
- General knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus; additional programming or scripting experience is advantageous but not required
