Event Technology Manager at FIRST is responsible for implementing, building and supporting new technology platforms, managing event information lists, and coordinating event and meeting logistics. Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Requirements
- Implementation and project management of event registration websites, app builds and additional technological aspects as needed for assigned events
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage client communications
- Database management
- Effectively communicate with internal and external clients
- Work with the Event delivery team
- List manipulation
- Coordination of event materials
- Support with the registration desk flow design and set up
- Lead contact for attendee management and technology vendors
- Create and distribute post-event client surveys
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and compliance processes
- Review and manage third-party vendor invoice reconciliations
- Provide the client with cost savings/value adds
