Job Description
We are seeking an ATM-ITM Specialist to join our team to help fulfill our mission of serving the banking needs in our local communities. The ATM-ITM Specialist is responsible for operating and servicing the company's network of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of banking experience as a Teller or in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- ATM/ITM operational experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of Regulation E preferred with the ability to comply with applicable requirements
