Job Description
This is a full-time position for a Stationery Stores Manager, responsible for generating reporting, making purchase requests, resolving customer issues, managing inventory, and ensuring store operations. The role involves ensuring system integrity and coordination with employees.
Requirements
- Generate and analyze min-max planning report from EBS
- Make purchase requisition for items requiring replenishment using I-procurement module
- Resolve branch complaints related to stationery
- Ensure inventory capture and integrity in the system
- Prepare monthly stock accounts and returns to FINCON
- Review inventory reports and manage store operations
