Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Retail Sales Associates. This role involves maintaining a positive store environment, leading and developing employees, managing customer relations, analyzing financial statements, and maximizing store profitability. The position offers a commission structure and a bonus based on performance. The position is part of a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment.
Requirements
- Must be willing to perform duties for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
