Job Description
FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee the operations of their retail store. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive customer experience, recruiting and retaining top talent, and maximizing financial goals. The manager will analyze financial statements and work closely with Store Manager to lead and develop store employees. The position involves customer interaction, financial management, and ensuring excellent store maintenance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Point-of-Sales (POS) systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and weekends.
